Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2014 Highest 28: Defendant A] A transferred the I (State) established for the purpose of the production of aggregate in Ha, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do around March 30, 2012 and is working as a representative director thereafter.
1.
