Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, as to the defendants, two years have passed from the date of confirmation of each judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants, on September 18, 2018, committed a joint crime (Interference with general traffic) by the Defendants, committed the following acts: (a) around the road in front of the construction site of a new apartment complex in Sacheon-si on the road; (b) in order to prevent vehicles entering the construction site from passing through the road due to noise noise and traffic inconvenience caused by construction vehicles.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to set up 4-5 containers used at the above construction site in each of the above roads for about 10 minutes, and interfered with the traffic by making the above roads, which are the land, pass through the road for about 10 minutes.

2. Defendant A

A. On September 18, 2018, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties at a construction site, on the road in front of the “Sacheon-si Seoul Apartment Complex Construction Site” (hereinafter “Sacheon-si Apartment Complex Construction Site”), and “Sacheon-gu Police Station D District Unit E, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report 112, had observed the appearance of having been tight contact with the road on which E was constructed, and again brought into the road in front of Lacheon-gu Police Station D Zone E, which was sent to the site, and had a threat as E was satisfed by both hand hand of the son, and was frighted by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning reporting processing and crime control by police officers.

B. On September 18, 2018, the Defendant, who obstructed the performance of official duties in the D District, was arrested as a current offender of the crime of interference with the performance of official duties on the grounds as stated in the above paragraph (a), and was seated on the D District. At the same time, the Defendant assaulted the part of the slope G and the part of the backline of the G, which was arrested as a current offender of the crime of interference with the performance of official duties in the D District, on the one hand, who was arrested as a criminal of the crime of interference with the performance of official duties.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on the control of crimes.

3. Defendant B

A. On September 18, 2018, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties at a construction site, in front of “the construction site for the new apartment complex in Sacheon-si, Seoul” at a construction site.
