A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 26, 2013, around 07:37, the Defendant acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount using the subway without paying KRW 1,250 for entering the opening space of the subway, an information processing unit, under the subway station located in Manyang-si, Manyang-si, Annyang-si, 1,88-1, the subway station located in Manyang-si, and without compensation issued by the Defendant, one transportation card for the disabled under the preferential treatment of persons with disabilities, under the Domins Gyeonggi-do, which is an information processing unit, using the subway.

On November 7, 2013, around 08:34, the Defendant, at a public smuggling place, was seated above the right side of the victim E (the age of 22) in the city bus “D” where Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Sinsan-dong 3 passed 93-1, and the Defendant was seated above the victim E (the age of 22) and was able to use the crebs in which the victim was locked by the Defendant’s hand, and knife the Defendant’s kick, and knife the victim’s right side.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts against the victim in means of public transportation.
