Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B met together by marriage around 1988, but they divorced on February 17, 2016.

On May 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 04:15, on the ground that the victim did not enter the restaurant without any contact after completing the restaurant work within the D cafeteria located in Sju City; (b) caused damage to the victim’s living room walls, walls (40,00 won), air conditioners (170,00 won), air conditioners (170,00 won), air conditioners (170,00 won), air conditioners (40,00 won), cellers (40,00 won), smartphones (Ssi), smartphones (Ssicos), entrances (Ssicos), and doors (Ssicos), which are dangerous objects prepared in advance at the home operated by the victim; and (c) thereby impairing its utility.
