The punishment of the accused shall be determined by six months of imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

On December 2012, the Defendant: (a) established D, a “Dog reproductive feed business,” as capital of the victim B and C; (b) entrusted a nominal representative director; and (c) entrusted a de facto general manager; and (d) the Defendant, as the chief of the general headquarters, was responsible for the purchase of access land to the building planned to be newly built in the YYE and for the authorization and permission from the competent administrative agency.

Accordingly, while the Defendant deposited KRW 50,00,00 from the above victims to a corporate bank account under the name of the above company for the purpose of purchasing the new site for factory construction on March 6, 2013, and deposited KRW 19,00,000 on March 14, 2013, and KRW 10,000,000 on May 7, 2013 in the course of business, the Defendant: (a) withdrawn KRW 500,00 from the Gwangju High Court on March 6, 2013 in cash and embezzled it for personal purposes, such as living expenses and entertainment expenses; and (b) embezzled it from that time.

6.6. During the period of 6.6., the sum total of 30,661,876 won was embezzled in the same way from Gwangju Japan to 70 times, such as the list of crimes in the annexed sheet.
