Punishment of the crime
From August 2012, the Defendant, from around 2012, was living together with the victim C (the 29-year old), who was located in the Defendant’s residence located in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu, in a way that they jointly use the toilets, opened a toilet door between the victim and the victim, and promised to use the toilet, and to open the toilet door when the other party uses the toilet, and to open the toilet and close the toilet door to the room when the other party uses it.
