1. The Defendant’s KRW 44,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 12% per annum from January 25, 2009 to June 22, 2017.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
except that the following shall be added:
“5. Accordingly, the Defendant brought the instant lawsuit against the Plaintiff, who was sentenced to a judgment, such as the purport of the claim, in order to seek payment of KRW 44,00,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from January 25, 2009 to the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case from January 25, 2009 to the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case from the next day to the day of full payment.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
