Examining the reasoning of the judgment of the court below in light of the relevant legal principles and records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which convicted the defendant of the facts charged in this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning and sentenced him not to be guilty, and there is no error of exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or
