1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The deceased G (1947, death on April 17, 2015), H (1948) and I (1950) are siblingsed in order between the deceased J (20 December 20, 1950) and the deceased K.

Defendant B is the wife of the network G, and Defendant C, D, E, and F are married children between the network G and the Defendant B, and the Plaintiff is H’s children.

B. On September 16, 2000, the network G, H, and I drafted an agreement with the following contents (hereinafter “instant agreement”).

The parts that are not consistent with the Multilateral Law or that are seen as a clerical error shall also be cited as the original text.

In relation to the plaintiff, the above agreement states that "after the house, presan shares ownership with G at an appropriate time, and the sale and purchase agree not to be smooth."

I: The share of 20% and L 30% shares shall be allocated to the front dry field, piling and 4 maths.

The transfer of ownership shall be made when the above land and forest land have been sold and purchased at the time and at the request of the principal.

The above matters were agreed upon by G, H, and I and did not raise any objection.

After collection, presan shares with G at a reasonable time, and agree that trade will not be smooth.
