1. 피고인 B, 피고인 C의 공동범행 피고인들은 2014. 9. 14. 11:10경 서울 송파구 E에 있는 F 앞 도로에서 피해자 G(27세)과 시비가 되어 말다툼을 하던 중 피고인 C은 피해자의 멱살을 잡아 흔들고, 피고인 B은 피해자의 멱살을 잡아 바닥에 넘어뜨린 후 발로 몸을 걷어찼다.
