Defendant A delivers to Defendant Korea Land & Housing Corporation the real estate listed in the attached list;

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On July 1, 2011, Defendant Korea Land and Housing Corporation (hereinafter “Defendant Corporation”) entered into a lease agreement with Defendant A and the attached list (hereinafter “instant real estate”) with respect to KRW 11,058,00, monthly rent of KRW 102,650, and the term of lease from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 201, and Defendant A paid KRW 11,058,000 (hereinafter “the instant lease agreement”).

B. On March 7, 2012, Defendant A transferred to the Plaintiff the instant claim for the refund of the lease deposit to Defendant A, on the same day, notified the Defendant Corporation of the assignment of the said claim by content-certified mail, and the said notification reached the Defendant Corporation on March 28, 2012.

2. Determination

A. According to the facts found in the judgment on the cause of the claim, since the lease contract of this case was terminated at the expiration of the period, Defendant A, a lessee, is obligated to deliver the real estate of this case to the Defendant Corporation, a lessor, upon the Plaintiff’s request by the Plaintiff subrogated to the Defendant Corporation. At the same time, the Defendant Corporation is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the remainder of the amount calculated by deducting all obligations, such as rent, management fee, etc., borne by the Defendant A with respect to the lease contract of this case from KRW 11,058,00,000, to the Plaintiff who acquired the claim to return the

B. On September 21, 2015, the Defendant Corporation asserted that Defendant Corporation’s assertion regarding Defendant A and the instant real estate should be 12,040,000, monthly rent of KRW 111,760, and the term of lease from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2017.
