Punishment of the crime

From May 2013 to August 2014, the Defendant: (a) had been operating a “D”; (b) had been operating a “F” school from October 2014 to October 2015; and (c) had been participating in a free class program for the children, etc. of basic living recipients in D private teaching institutes through the competent community service center in 2013; (d) had first met the victim G (one-six years of age at the time, and one-six years of age at the time) who was difficult at home with the victim’s old room to attend the school at a low cost; and (e) has taken advantage of the victim’s old address in the old room to bring about the victim’s sexual desire.
