Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, at around 14:00 on January 26, 2014, mentioned the issue of money, etc. under the influence of alcohol at the victim D’s home, a female student of the Defendant in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and received a demand from the victim that he/she would go to the Republic of Korea while he/she brought about a dispute with the victim.
However, the defendant did not respond to it, and the police officer dispatched by the victim's 112 report on the same day at around 14:20 on the same day arrived and continued to sit in the kitchen in the house until he asks the defendant for delivery.
Accordingly, the defendant leaves the victim without justifiable reasons.

2. Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.
