Punishment of the crime

At around 00:20 on February 12, 2013, the Defendant driven B rocketing vehicles with approximately 500 meters away from the alleyway in front of the middle-dong, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-do, U.S. University to the adjacent intersection of the same KTtel station at around 00:25 on the same day, while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 500 meters from the blood alcohol concentration zero zero point zero percent (0.156%).
