Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the operation of B rocketing taxi.

At around 23:20 on February 7, 2015, the Defendant proceeded at the speed of 97.3km from five lanes to five lanes from the beginning of Busan East-gu, Busan-do.
