A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Pursuant to the foregoing gathering, C entered into a contract with J, K, I, and F, F, Ltd. to dispose of approximately 512 tons of heavy waste oil at the office located in K on June 15, 2017. On June 30, 2017, J, a designated waste producer, reported the disposal of heavy waste oil at the competent office of F, Inc. to the F, and confirmed it. However, on June 21, 2017, J, a designated waste producer, reported the disposal of heavy waste oil at the F, Ltd.’s office of F, Ltd. to the competent office of F, Ltd., but, on June 21, 2017, it stored the heavy waste oil 22,140 kilograms generated while cleaning the oil storage tank at the G, K, the Plaintiff and D, using M, M, 27 tons truck, and stored it with the total waste storage tank of 20 to 270,000,000,000.

Accordingly, the defendant is in collusion with C, B, and D, and F.
