Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, in collusion with B, did not have the intention or ability to repay a loan under the name of B, received a loan under the name of the borrowed loan, purchased the borrowed loan with the borrowed loan, and disposed of it by offering it as security to the lending enterprise.

The defendant selected the vehicle to be purchased through the above public offering to B, and introduced the fluenent scraper B, and B, around July 4, 2014, borrowed 14.3 million won as the price for the purchase of the vehicle from the fluenz capital in the Busan-gu Busan-gu Busan-dong (written document) and then borrowed 14.3 million won at around that time.

On August 29, 2014, the Defendant continued to obtain a loan of 5 million won from the KB Capital (ju) in the name of the damaged person in the name of B from the GB Capital on the street, and received a loan of 5 million won in the name of the purchase price for DM3 vehicles at that time.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, obtained a total of KRW 19.3 million by fraud.

1. Relevant Article 347 of the Criminal Act and Articles 347 (1) and 30 of the Criminal Act, and the choice of fines for the crime;

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Articles 70(1) and 69 of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse.
