1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff worked from around 1976 to around 1986 as coal sources, etc.
B. On October 1, 2014, the Plaintiff was diagnosed by the Sin National University Hospital on each side (hereinafter “instant injury and disease”) and applied for approval of medical care for the instant injury and disease to the Defendant on February 9, 2015.
C. On April 14, 2015, the Defendant rendered a decision not to approve the Plaintiff’s application to the effect that the grounds for the instant injury and disease were unclear, and that there was no proximate causal relation with the Plaintiff’s business after the lapse of a reasonable period from the time of withdrawal from the coal mine (hereinafter “instant disposition”).

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful
A. The plaintiff asserted that he worked for the mining industry is engaged in the mining industry by drilling a hole by using a rock in the pit for about 10 years, using a rock in the pit, excavating a rock, treating a rock, brine, call, graphics, etc., and strengthening the pit.
As a result, the injury and disease in this case occurred, and there is a proximate causal relation between the branch of this case and the plaintiff's service.
Therefore, the instant disposition made on a different premise is unlawful.
B. 1) The term "occupational accident" under the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act refers to an employee's injury, disease, physical disability, or death resulting from his/her job while performing his/her duties. Thus, the existence of the disease and the causal relationship between the job and the occurrence of the disease must be proved by the party asserting the above facts of recognition, Gap evidence Nos. 4, and Eul evidence Nos. 1 through 4, and the result of this court's entrustment of medical records to the head of the Seoul Hospital at the Hancheon University and the President of the Korea Medical Association; and
