Defendant
A was a person who was working as a actual operator of C, and Defendant B was a senior driver of D from July 2018 to Nov. 201, 2019 and was working as a senior driver of E Vice-presidentF from November 2019, and was working as D from November 2019.
E The vice president F was absent in the defendant interrogation prior to the scheduled detention on November 15, 2019, and the detention warrant was issued on the same day. On February 13, 2020, the arrest warrant (term of validity: July 9, 2033) was issued.
1. Defendant A knew of the fact that F was in flight because he committed the above crime, and, on November 21, 2019, Defendant A instructed D to “on the front of a bus stop, the bus stop is waiting in front of the bus stop, so that F may communicate with H one cell phone to be used by H, who is able to escape from F and F, at the bus stop of the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu G hotel.” At that time, Defendant A attempted to contact F with her assistants in the process of flight by hanging one cell phone to H, who is able to escape from F and F, at the bus stop of the bus stop in front of the Seoul Metropolitan City G hotel.
From November 30, 2019 to early December 2011 of the same year, the Defendant tried to raise funds for the escape of F by inserting about 10,000 F owned C in total four times, by inserting D’s ID and password from the car parked in the above G hotel, and by selling approximately 10,000 F’s capital from the above mobile phone to the above G hotel.
On December 2, 2019, the Defendant continued to receive F's medicine from D's driver Eul, and around 19:00 on the same day, the Defendant delivered F with D's instructions to F's driver Eul before the restaurantJ in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and attempted F to escape by delivering D's medicine to F by keeping D's back seat.
The defendant has set up four mobile phones in accordance with D's direction that he will throw away the four cell phones.
