A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of passenger cars in the field B;

At around 21:00 on January 14, 2020, the Defendant came to turn to the left from the direction of the off-road terminal to the e-airport.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from the Defendant’s occupational negligence such as salt, tension, and tensions of the YY, which require two-day medical treatment to the victim.
