1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance citing this case is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is acceptable to accept this case according to the main sentence of Article 420

(1) The court of first instance is justified in finding facts and determining that the evidence submitted by the plaintiffs to this court by the evidence duly admitted and investigated by the court of first instance as well as evidence Nos. 19 through 23, and there are no errors as alleged in the grounds for appeal by the plaintiffs). 2. The plaintiffs' claim against the defendants is without merit, and all of them should be dismissed.

The judgment of the court of first instance is justifiable in conclusion as above.
