A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Seized divers (No. 1) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) laid a duping soup room at the “Druping room”; (b) cut off the 8.5 million won in cash from the victim E-owned wall in a 26th place; and (c) cut off in cash from the victim E-owned wall.

2. On January 14, 2014, the Defendant cut off cash of 500,000 won (per 10,000 won) from the victim F’s wall bags in the same manner as in the same place as in the new wall border, and then cut off the clothes of 5,00 won (per 10,000 won) from the victim F.

3. On January 19, 2014, the Defendant, at the same place as in the preceding paragraph, cut off cash of 300,000 won (one hundred thousand won per sheet, and twenty five copies per day) from the wallets owned by the Victim F, in which the Defendant used three clothes in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph, and then cut off the cash of 300,000 won from the wallets owned by the Victim F.
