A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months and a fine not exceeding 200,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. 경범죄처벌법위반 피고인은 2014. 10. 25. 22:20경 의정부시 B에 있는 경기의정부경찰서 C지구대에서, 경찰관이 자신에게 택시요금을 대신 받아내어 택시기사에게 주었다는 이유로 술에 취한 상태에서 위 지구대에 찾아와 경장 D에게 ‘택시 다시 불러 씨발 놈아’라며 욕설하고, 이를 피해 C지구대 안으로 들어간 경장 D를 쫓아가 계속 시비를 걸고, 경장 D의 어깨 견장을 손으로 잡으며 ‘내가 낸 세금으로 어깨에 견장 하나 달아주니까 씨발 놈아 눈에 뵈는 게 없냐’라고 폭언하는 등 약 8분 동안 소란을 피웠다.

Accordingly, the defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, forced or scamed by very rough words and conducts at government offices.
