A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 22, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collective, deadly weapons, etc.) in the Youngcheon District Court's Young Branch on April 22, 201, and was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and a fine of 450,000 won at the Chuncheon District Court on March 28, 2012, and completed the execution of the said sentence in the Chuncheon Prison on April 8, 2013.

1. On January 11, 2014, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collective, deadly weapons, etc., damage, etc. to deadly weapons) committed an act in violation of the said Act on the front glass of the victim D, who was under the influence of alcohol in front of the victim D’s house located in Gangseo-gun, Gangwon-gun, Seoul, without any justifiable reason. The Defendant was placed in the front glass of the victim, who was parked in the said place with dangerous objects.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the front glass of the car amounting to 150,000 won at the market price owned by the victim by using the slicker, which is a dangerous object.

2. 폭력행위등처벌에관한법률위반(집단.흉기등협박), 재물손괴 피고인은 2014. 1. 11. 13:00경 강원 영월군 F에 있는 피해자 G 운영의 담배 가게에서 피해자로부터 욕을 들었다는 이유로 화가 나, 피해자의 가게 안에 있던 위험한 물건인 휴대용 가스렌지를 들어 피해자를 내려칠 듯한 태도를 보이고, 위 가스렌지를 내려놓은 다음 위험한 물건인 연탄집게로 다시 피해자를 때릴 듯한 태도를 보인 후 가게 밖으로 나와 피해자의 가게 출입문 유리를 발로 걷어찼다.

As a result, the defendant threatened the victim by using a portable gas siren, which is a dangerous object, and destroyed the glass amounting to 70,000 won at the market price owned by the victim.
