1. The Defendant’s KRW 34,100,000 as well as annual 6% from May 9, 2018 to July 24, 2018 to the Plaintiff.

On January 26, 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a construction contract with the Defendant for construction work of KRW 206,800,000 for steel framed production and the installation of a steel framed among the new construction works for the Japanese neighborhood living facilities A in Ansan-si, and entered into an additional construction contract of KRW 3,300,000 thereafter; the Plaintiff completed the said construction work by May 8, 2018; the fact that the Defendant paid the Plaintiff KRW 176,00,000 to the construction cost, and there is no dispute between the parties.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the remaining construction cost of KRW 34,100,00 (=206,80,000 won – KRW 3,300,000; KRW 176,00,000) and the amount calculated by applying each rate of 15% per annum under the Commercial Act from May 9, 2018 to July 24, 2018, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint in this case, which is the day following the completion date of construction, and from the next day to the day of full payment.
