Punishment of the crime

At around 18:00 on April 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) reported that the victim D (59 years of age) was together with the above B at Changwon-si, which is a woman B residing in the Republic of Korea; and (b) reported that “Isday, Isday, Isday, Isday that Isday, Isday, Isday, Isday, Isday, Isday, Isday, Isday, and amsday,” and the victim expressed “Isday, vsday, L Isday, L Isday, Isday, and amsday,” and suffered an injury on the days of treatment by the victim, such as “Isday, Isday, Isday, Isday, Isday, and amsday” at two to three times, by taking the head part of the victim’s hair at the cing stand.
