Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

As a resident of the victim C, D couple and neighboring village, the defendant believed that he was living in the victim C, D couple, and neighboring village C, about five years before the defendant purchased E's Trackor, which is the defendant's children, and one million won in total over two times.

In November 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 18:30 on November 15, 2014, at the Victim C (Nam and 55 years old) house located in the Namnam-Namnam-gunn Republic of Korea F did not provide the victim with the purchase price; (b) however, the Defendant damaged the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts by publicly pointing out false facts on the part of village residents G and H in the place where H listened.
