Punishment of the crime

[2017 High 358] The defendant is a member of the local reserve forces belonging to 43 large 43 large 43 large scale.

1) On July 23, 2015, the Defendant, without justifiable grounds, failed to attend the training without a justifiable reason despite the Defendant’s notice of a call for training to complete six hours in the first part of the small field training conducted at the training site of the Yang Dong-dong Reserve Forces on November 18, 2015, with the second supplementary training for six hours, which was conducted on November 18, 2015.

On November 6, 2015, the Defendant’s home received and delivered a notice of convening a training call to complete 16 hours for the second supplementary training conducted on November 24, 2015 with the second supplementary training 16 hours franchise 20,000, which was conducted until November 18, 2015, but failed to participate in the training without justifiable grounds.

5) On July 22, 2015, the Defendant issued a notice of convening a training call to complete six hours for the first part of the small field training conducted at the training site of the Yangju-dong Reserve Forces on November 27, 2015, with the second six hours’ attendances for the first part of the small field training conducted on July 22, 2015, the father B at the Defendant’s home.
