A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud;

A. On October 4, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime of October 4, 2013, around the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Station, sold to the victim B at a mutually infinite coffee shop near Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Station, “35 million won in Jeju-do, Jeju-do, Jeju-do, Jeju-do C department store D store.”

However, the Defendant did not have the right to sell the store as above, and did not have any income or property, and even if having received such money, he thought to use it as debt repayment and gambling funds.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 35 million won from the victim to the new bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant on the same day.

B. On May 16, 2014, the Defendant, after committing the crime, concluded that the Defendant would sell the victim to the department stores located in the Seoul Metropolitan Area to do so.

From May 16, 2014, the vindication made a false statement to the victim on May 16, 2014, “The transfer of KRW 15 million to the C department store D store located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.”

However, the defendant did not have the right to sell the store as above, and did not have any income or property, and even if he received the above money, he thought to use it as debt repayment and gambling funds.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 15 million won from the victim to the one bank account (G) in the name of the Defendant on the same day.

2. Habitual gambling Defendant: around November 23, 2013, at the hotel casino of Makao in China (H) on a back-to-date basis; and then, at the number of the Defendant’s choice, she divided the card into a 35-folded “delet” and “delet” which was paid 35 times the total number of the cards and then returned to a large number of high numbers if she choose a high number of numbers, she saw her she she she saw up to her five to 100,000 won per game; and around that time, from that time, she she her gambling by hanging her her flab on a black cack.
