The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (e.g., imprisonment with prison labor for two years and six months, confiscation) of the lower court is too unreasonable.

2. Comprehensively taking account of the arguments in the instant case and the reasons for sentencing indicated in the record, the lower court appears to have been reasonably determined by fully considering the reasons for sentencing alleged by the Defendant, and the circumstance where the Defendant has led to the confession of all of the instant crimes, alone, is difficult to view it as a special reason to ex post facto change the sentencing.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act, since the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
