A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) from March 24, 2008 to September 20, 2010, the Defendant was engaged in the business of lending money and collecting loans from the victims of social loans 825-33 KH on the sixth floor in Gangnam-gu Seoul (hereinafter “victim Company”) as an employee at the Sungnam branch and west branch; (b) when the lender who received loans from the victim company pays the loans, he shall have the borrower deposit the loans with the victim company’s branch account; (c) after issuing the lending card from the lender’s cash withdrawal period to 0.0 to 0; (d) after obtaining the borrower’s consent, the borrower shall withdraw the loans from the lender’s cash withdrawal period to 0.0 to 0; and (e) after obtaining the borrower’s consent, the borrower shall have the borrower withdraw the loans from the lender’s cash withdrawal period to 10.00 to 200 to 4.00 to 25 to 300 to 400 to 24 to 25 to 2 to 20 to 2 to 7.4 to be issued from the victim company.
