1. Defendant A shall be punished by a fine of 10,00,000 won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 8,000,000 won.
2. Defendants each of the above facts.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. In using and managing any access medium, no person who intends to transfer or take over such medium, or arrange the transfer or acquisition of such medium, unless otherwise specifically provided for in other Acts;
A. On July 2016, 2016, the Defendant transferred an access medium by 200,000 won in the vicinity of the digital chain area near the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Simporo, and by putting the SC Bank (E) through the Defendant’s name, and cream cards and OTP connected with D.
B. On July 2016, the Defendant transferred access media to D by receiving communication at the same place as the above “A” from the above D, “A again due to the loss of a passbook which was previously transferred,” and by receiving KRW 50,000,00,000, which was linked to the said account from the SC Japan-dong branch, and receiving KRW 50,00,00,000 from the head of the Tong-dong branch of the SC bank.

On July 2016, at the end of Songpa-gu Seoul, the Defendant arranged for the transfer of an access medium by reporting to D the head of the Tong, check card, OTP, etc. connected to H’s national bank account (I) in order to obtain KRW 50,000,000 from the society after the society, upon request from H to sell the head of the Tong under his/her name.
2. No one shall transfer or take over any access medium unless otherwise specifically provided for in other Acts in using or managing the access medium;
On July 1, 2016, the Defendant, at the French coffee shop located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, transferred the passbook, check, and OTP connected to the bank account (K and L) of the name of the limited company J, which was established for loan purposes.
