The Plaintiff

A. As to the real estate stated in the attached list, Defendant B shall be the Busan District Court's Busan District Court's Busan District Court's Branch on August 1, 1995.

In addition to the whole purport of the pleadings in each entry of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4 (including paper numbers), each entry of the reasons for the claim in the attached Form is recognized.

According to the above facts, each collateral obligation of the establishment of a mortgage in the name of the defendants was nonexistent or extinguished by the completion of prescription.

As such, the plaintiff can seek implementation of the registration procedure for cancellation of the registration of the establishment of each new mortgage on behalf of the deceased's inheritors.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and all of them are accepted, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
