Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 14, 2017, at the front road of Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul around 21:00, the Defendant destroyed the control tower for the purpose of crime prevention CCTV (S-138) installed therein, and prevented all of them, thereby impairing the utility of the CCTV for the purpose of crime prevention.
