Punishment of the crime

[2017 Highest 584] On May 23, 2017, the Defendant driven Dunching car without a driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.114% at a section of about 300 meters from the front day of the yellow-ri, which is in the front day of the yellow-ri, to the parking lot of the office, in the direction of approximately 19:36 on May 23, 2017.

[2017 Highest 913] On August 2, 2017, the Defendant driven a Dunching car without a driver’s license, while under the influence of about 0.123% alcohol level from around 1.5 meters to around 14-8, in the direction of the police station located in Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the end of the same military.
