A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, operating a Crober Drick Lane car at the intersection in front of the Korean Air and correspondence University located in Gangnam-ro 2478 (Song-dong), leading directly to the inside side of the border, caused a traffic accident by intentionally receiving a traffic accident and receiving an insurance policy, by violating the signal from this mat to the spo or right-hand turn from the spoke side.
1. Crimes committed on July 25, 2017;
A. On July 25, 2017, the Defendant violated the Special Act on the Prevention of Fraud: (a) around 15:10 on July 25, 2017, at the above intersection, and when the signal was waiting for a stop, the Defendant: (b) turned down immediately thereafter; (c) discovered the e-car of the D Driving in violation of the signal from the e-mail to the e-mail or transmission on the left; and (d) instead, continued to avoid or reduce the speed of the said vehicle, and instead, continued to receive the part on the left part of the Defendant’s vehicle in front of the left part of the Defendant’s vehicle.
The Defendant intentionally delivered KRW 12,324,610 (the amount of KRW 514,610, the agreed amount of KRW 3,000, KRW 810,000, KRW 8,000, KRW 8,000) from the victim’s case non-life insurance company, and acquired KRW 200,00,00 from the victim’s fire company, by receiving insurance money from the victim’s case non-life insurance company and the employees of the victim’s fire company, who pretended to have caused ordinary traffic accidents.
B. The Defendant attempted to commit a special injury, at the time, at the time, at the port of A, and at the same place, drive the car of the Ireland, which is an object dangerous as above, and thereby, attempted to inflict an injury on the victim by intentionally committing a low-priced car driving by the victim, but did not commit an attempted injury due to the shock of the traffic accident.
