Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On December 7, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) in Ansan District Court’s Ansan Branch on the grounds of the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) and completed the execution of the sentence in a female prison
[Criminal facts] The Defendant habitually attempted to steal the victims' goods on four occasions as follows. The Defendant attempted to steal them.
1. On May 10, 2012, around 21:40, the Defendant found the victim’s hard-learning car that was parked in the frontway of the Gu, and stolen things inside the vehicle, and laid down a stone around the surrounding area, and found the driver’s seat glass in the vehicle, but did not bring about any things brought about in the vehicle, and did not commit an attempted crime.
2. While the Defendant continued to be parked next to the above-learning passenger car, he did not bring about a stolen article due to the absence of any goods brought about in the vehicle, and did not commit an attempted act.
3. On July 11, 2012, at around 14:00, the Defendant discovered a J New Hastsynova vehicle owned by the victim I, who was parked in the front of the Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, and then stolen the goods by entering the vehicle, and the Defendant did not commit an attempted attempt, even though the Defendant considered the driver’s seat of the said vehicle several times, on the wind where the door was corrected.
4. Around 00:30 on August 23, 2012, the Defendant found the victim L, parked at the front of the Gu K, and opened an unlocked steering door, and found stolen articles, but did not bring about to the vehicle, and did not commit an attempted crime.
