Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around November 21, 2012, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim E, “D” in the so called “D,” located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, that is, the victim E “I will use the interest only one month on a deposit basis with a maximum of three million won.”

However, in fact, the Defendant did not normally operate clothes and did not have an intention or ability to repay money from the victim even if the Defendant borrowed money from the victim because it did not have any property in the name of the Defendant due to the loan of the number of days.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, was given KRW 3 million from the victim’s clothes of “G” operated by himself in Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do around the 22th day of the same month.

2. On December 27, 2012, the Defendant made a false statement to the above victim, stating that “Around December 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) he/she agreed to give him/her the money by leaving him/her to H in the front Gun of North Korea; and (b) if he/she fails to pay the money within this month, he/she would lend 4 million won more than half and recover his/her half and pay it within 10 days.”

However, in fact, the Defendant did not normally operate clothes and did not have an intention or ability to repay money from the victim even if the Defendant borrowed money from the victim because it did not have any property in the name of the Defendant due to the loan of the number of days.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received 4 million won from the victim to the account of community credit cooperatives under I on or around the 28th of the same month.

3. On February 3, 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the above victim, stating that “I will complete the payment of the money that I had previously lent to Seoul after doing so within five days, after doing so, while I am in front, I am in front of the Gu, and I am in front of 200,000 won, I am in front of the Gu.”

However, the defendant is operating clothes.
