On April 10, 2018, around 00:32, the Defendant driven a vehicle with approximately KRW 5km in the direction of alcohol 0.09% in blood while under the influence of alcohol 0.09% in front of the 19-3 Han-dong, Gyeong-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 28-3, Gosi-dong, 19-3.
