Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 16, 2002, the Defendant sentenced 8 months to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in the Seocheon District Court Branch of the Daejeon District Court on June 30, 2006 and 8 months from imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court on August 28, 2008, on December 12, 2012, the Suwon District Court sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in a member of the Suwon District Court’s Pyeongtaek Branch of the Suwon District Court on December 12, 2012; 6 months from imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in a member of the Suwon District Court’s horizontal Site on November 3, 2017; 6 months from imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in a member of the Suwon District Court of the Suwon District Court of Korea on December 7, 2018; and terminated the execution site of the detention House on February 2, 2019.
The Defendant, as seen above, was sentenced to imprisonment of three or more times with prison labor due to larceny, etc., around July 6, 2020, at around 03:26, the Defendant attempted to steals property worth KRW 1350,000,00 in total by the following methods from that time until July 15:54, 2020, and stolen property worth KRW 400,000,000,00,000, in a D warehouse operated by the victim C in Pyeongtaek-si, and neglected surveillance.
At around 12:29 on July 5, 2020, the Defendant: (a) stolen two wheelchairs of cars equivalent to KRW 1.360,00,00 from the victim G owned by the Defendant, in a light of the victim G, which was in a cresh of the surrounding surveillance in Pyeongtaek-si, around 12:29.
Accordingly, the defendant who has been sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times due to larceny, etc. commits larceny again within the period of repeated crime.
