A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 14, 2016, at around 00:25, the Defendant used a 112 report in front of the so-called So-called So-called So-called So-called Village Apartment 706, which read that “A substitute driver, who is a customer, is found to be under the influence of alcohol,” and the circumstances leading up to the branch of the so-called Police Station C District, dispatched to the site after confirming the case against the Defendant, the Defendant used a substitute engineer E to restrain the case, and the Defendant used a blick blish, which read as “boms, such weather blick,” and used a blick and blicking body as his hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reported duties and the maintenance of public order by police officers.

Unfavorable circumstances: The crime of this case is used for violence against police officers performing official duties, and the crime of this case is not good.

Furthermore, this is more so in light of the fact that the police officer in question performed official duties related to the defendant's wrong act(s) of his own.

The defendant has been punished for the crime of force and violence committed by the suspension of the execution of imprisonment with labor due to the crime of obstructing the execution of public duties.

No damage shall be recovered from the damaged police officers.
