Punishment of the crime

From around 2015 to Jeju, the Defendant was a person who operated C's Jeju Business Office in B.

On May 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received the request from the office of the head office of Seoul, a corporation located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, to purchase vehicles for export; (b) purchased six vehicles for vehicle export; (c) purchased six vehicles for vehicle export from F Co., Ltd. in the name of F Co., Ltd. in the name of F Co., Ltd.; and (d) on June 16, 2017, the Defendant handed over six vehicles for vehicle export from employees whose name of F Co., Ltd is not known at the office of the said office of C Co., Ltd., to the said E on the same day.

around June 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the Namdong-gu Office in Incheon Metropolitan City, the said passenger cars purchased under the name of the company C are the vehicles purchased for the purpose of overseas export; (b) around June 16, 2017, the vehicles already sold to M Co., Ltd. and completed export declaration (N), and (c) even though C was not the actual owner of the above passenger cars, C purchased and possessed the above passenger cars for rental car business in Korea through an administrative agentO, the Defendant prepared an application for the registration of the automobile and submitted it to the public official in charge of the Nam-dong-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City, and had C know of the fact enter the fact of ownership acquisition of the above passenger cars in the name of C in the motor vehicle register computer system, which is a public electronic record.

Accordingly, the defendant made a false report to a public official, and made a record of false facts on the special media records such as electronic records identical to the original of a notarial deed.
