The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant, B (B) and D are people engaged in volunteer activities in E, and victim F is a person who operates a dog farm.

1. On April 8, 2019, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (joint residence intrusion) with B and D, and around 16:40 on April 16, 2019, the Defendant entered the said area to bring the victim to the front of the opening of the victim in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, with a view to bringing the victim to the front of the opening of the victim in Kimpo-si, and opened a gate not corrected and entered the farm, and then B destroyed and damaged the locks corrected in the opening, and the Defendant entered the opening.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the building managed by the victim in collaboration with B and D.

2. The Defendant, along with B and D, entered a new farm at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, and the Defendant was trying to bring out the victim’s dog in the open farm, and the Defendant was released from the victim who returned to the open farm and returned to the open farm.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to steal the victim's property in collaboration with B and D.

1. Six months of imprisonment to be suspended;

1. Judgment on the assertion of the Defendant and the defense counsel under Article 59(1) of the Criminal Act

1. The defendant alleged that he/she should rescue a dog in the breeding place, only out of the breeding place, and intends to use the dog in accordance with the economic usage.
