A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.
One resident registration certificate (No. 1) seized shall be returned to C by the victim.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around 16:00 on February 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) carried out hosting with the victim D (n, 16 years of age) through the Internet hosting site, and (b) promised to pay 120,000 won to a single sexual relationship once; and (c) agreed to pay 150,000 won to a second time; (b) around that time, the Defendant met the said victim on the first floor adjacent to the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu E Party.
The defendant told the victim that he will give additional 20,000 won if he will go to his house to the victim and went to Incheon Gyeyang-gu F apartment B, 307.
1. At around 18:30 on February 16, 2013, the Defendant was committed with an attempt to engage in a sexual intercourse with the victim at the above Defendant’s house, but it did not have a sexual intercourse because it did not have a sexual intercourse, and thus, there was a promise to do so. When the victim was frighted with his/her clothes, the victim was pushed down, and the victim’s face was tightly cut down with his/her deficit, and the victim’s face was taken up on the floor, the female was placed on the floor, and the victim continued to be blicked with his/her two descendants, and then the victim was unable to leave the house of the above Defendant, and then the victim was detained by leaving the house for about 20 hours until February 14:00, 2013.
2. Rape;
A. On February 16, 2013, at around 18:30 on February 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim, who is combining arms, with the tape, with the victim unfolded, and threatened the victim, “Influencing so as to do so”; (b) threatened the victim’s resistance; (c) put the Defendant’s sexual organ into the victim’s sexual organ; and (d) continuously put the Defendant’s sexual organ into the victim’s sexual organ into the victim’s sexual organ, thereby committing rape.
B. On February 16, 2013, at around 23:20 on February 16, 2013, the Defendant made intimidation to the victim “hing or killing trees,” at the same place as Paragraph 1, and then released the uler and tape that the victim would have been cut.
