Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 3.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 23, 2013, at around 21:55, the Defendant driven B cargo in the state of blood alcohol concentration of 0.153% from the same-sex parking lot located in Sungdong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si to the front side of the Seocho-si-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si.
