Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

The Defendant subscribed to the shopping mall site as a member and ordered goods to change the scam information of the shopping mall site, which is a hacking program called "Akle 0.27" that can change the scam value of the shopping mall site, and used to manipulate the price for the transaction of goods and settle the adjusted transaction price and purchase goods.

On March 14, 2014, the Defendant ordered the Defendant’s house located in the U.S. Luxembourg A&T diesel Co., Ltd., the electronic settlement system company (ju), the victim (main store), the E-Commerce, and the amount of KRW 1820,00,000, and operated the said Amb hacking program, and deposited the money into the same amount, thereby enabling the Defendant to process information as if it was settled in normal terms.

As a result, the Defendant acquired financial benefits equivalent to KRW 1820,000,000, in total 24 times in the same manner as indicated in the attached crime list, including obtaining financial benefits equivalent to KRW 55,189,080, by inputting improper information into computer or any other information processing device or inputting or altering information without authority.
