D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “D”) has its head office in Seo-gu, Daejeon. Defendant C is the head office of the H Center in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu from March 2018, taking charge of the operation of the H Center in order to hold a business explanation meeting, invite investors, and manage investors. Defendant A and Defendant B are higher investors of the H Center. Defendant A and Defendant B established the D Company R Center in Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and Defendant A and Seoul, Seoul, taking charge of the operation of the Center, such as holding a business explanation meeting, attracting investors, and managing the company. Defendant A and Defendant B are directly in charge of soliciting the head office in order to invite investors to make investments in the manner of selling virtual currency to many and unspecified investors and pay investment allowances. 1.
