Punishment of the crime

A. The Defendant, from May 6, 2014 to May 22 of the same month, committed the crime, from around May 6, 2014 to around May 22, 2014, was employed by a commercial sex business establishment operated by C, which is an owner of commercial sex acts, to receive KRW 60,000 per day from that person, during the business period from around May 6, 2014 to around 22:10 of the same month.

Accordingly, the above officetels employed a female sexual traffic such as D, nameless female, etc. in the above officetel 709 and agreed upon 1.30,000 won among them to give the female sexual traffic to the female sexual traffic. On May 22, 2014, upon receiving 1.30,000 won from the police officer E who was found in the above 709, received 1.30,000 won from the above 709, and made the said D and once sexual intercourses with the female sexual traffic. From around May 6, 2014, the above method received 1.30,000 won from the male customers to the above time, and caused them to have sexual intercourse with D and other female sexual traffic.

As a result, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Acts such as Arranging's Mediation of Commercial Sex Acts (the brokerage of commercial sex acts).
