The lower court rejected the Defendants’ assertion of self-defense and convicted all of the charges of this case on the grounds indicated in its reasoning.
The judgment below
Even if examining the reasoning based on evidence, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the grounds for the denial of illegality, such as self-defense, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine.
