Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 22, 2018, around 03:00, the Defendant committed assault against the victim E ( South and 34 years old) in front of the convenience store of the C building D, due to the issue of half-ending against the victim E ( South and 34 years old), and by shouldering the shoulder and face of the victim with shoulder and hand, and by pushing the victim over the floor with hand.
